Samuel Poppen

Tech Magician

Samuel loves to tinker with, learn new things about, repair, and help others with their Apple devices and was lucky enough to get to spend most of his 14 years at Apple doing just that. Prior to that he was repairing at First Tech Computers in Minneapolis, at his college help desk in South Dakota, and before that he was helping his friends and family with and repairing their Apple (and really any other) technology for as long as he can remember. He still has his family’s first home computer, the Bondi Blue iMac bought new in 1998 – but it is just the tip of his Apple Computer Collection Iceberg.

Scot Bloomquist

Gadget Guru

Starting with a childhood full of disassembled electronics, to teenage years spent learning how to put them back together; Scot naturally became the go-to tech support for friends and family. That hands-on experience led to over eight years working for Apple where he noticed a real gap—especially for older adults who didn’t grow up with today’s technology. Many just needed a little extra time, patience, and someone who could meet them where they are—sometimes literally. That’s why he started Quick Question Tech.

Matt Norris

Wire Tamer

If you can imagine a two year old troubleshooting electronics, that’s how Matt started. He took great pride in solving which remote controls required new batteries at home, family and friends houses. By four, he started wrangling misbehaving computers into cooperation. Fast forward to now, he’s spent nearly 20 years working with users, troubleshooting and repairing devices. After 10 years at Apple specializing in Mac and iOS devices, he continues to tame quirky electronics with Quick Question Tech.
